Rogers Police continue to question folks about an eerie incident that happened this week. Wednesday, police arrested 42-year-old Julie Jenkins on charges of domestic battery, after they found a man lying in the street bleeding from his head.
Police say Jenkins bit off the mans ear. According to a police report, witnesses saw Jenkins attacking the man. Witnesses that spoke with KNWA say Jenkins was just defending herself against her 20 year-old son-in-law.
"I seen the guy hit the girl (Jenkins). By that time I made it over to where they were and she bit his ear off." said Billy Garoutte.
Husband Dale Jenkins wants police to drop charges against his wife and to charge his son-in-law with assault.
"The new husband jumps out of the car and hits my wife." Jenkins said. "He assaulted my wife. My wife didnt assault him...theres no justice."
