graveflags2007-05-29-1180444938.jpgA cemetery off the coast of Washington was the scene of a shocking act of vandalism. Over the weekend, American flags that decorated the graves of veterans were either burned or removed and fourteen of those were replaced with hand-drawn swastika flags. Local American legion members replaced the burned and missing flags, but the vandals returned on Memorial Day leaving behind another thirty three flags featuring the swastika. Police are continuing to investigating the incident.
