Fayetteville could be home to a new city park.
Tuesday night, the Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Board will take a look at the plans for the Southpass development. If approved, the project will move forward after being in the works for almost three years. Developers say Southpass will feature several programs, sports and trails. The park will be located near Interstate 540 and Cato Springs Road.
