Wal-Mart To Settle Suit?

In the midst of several lawsuits, Wal-Mart is under pressure to settle one legal battle. Legal experts say the retailer should consider settling with former Marketing Chief Julie Roehm, who was fired in December for saying executives violated company policy by accepting discounts and gifts from vendors. Experts say letting the case continue could be an embarrassment for Wal-Mart, because future fillings could reveal more allegations, and damage the companys reputation.
