Voting Machines: Human or Computer Error?

With the 2008 election cycle coming up, problems with electronic voting machines are still cropping up. Election Systems and Software is under fire for several problems including vote-flipping, which switches votes to different candidates. The company claims the problems are due to human error and not their machines. Arkansas state officials plan to investigate the claims.
