The Wal-Mart shareholders meeting brings thousands to Northwest Arkansas each year, but this year it also brought in some eagles. The Eagles, actually. The legendary band performed for associates Wednesday night at a concert in Bud Walton Arena. The show started at around six o’clock and went on until about nine. Associates and shareholders KNWA spoke with said they enjoyed the getting to see the famous band and were also looking forward to final meeting of the week on Friday. Many pointed out that, though the week long shareholders meeting is a lot of fun, the business of the world’s largest retailer was the real reason they made the trip.
