U.S. Attorney for AR Hired to Replace Fired Fed. Prosecutor Will Step Down

PROSECUTORFIRINGS2007-05-31-1180627765.jpgSenator Mark Pryor's office has confirmed Tim Griffin will step down tomorrow from his post as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Griffin replaced Bud Cummins who was among eight federal prosecutors fired by the Bush administration last year. Pryor's office says Jane Duke will take over.
