Deadly Accident In Garland County

(Garland County, AR) State Police say three died in a head-on crash on Highway 5 in Garland County. Both drivers - 61-year old Archie Turner of Jessieville and 37-year old Melissa Smith of Lonsdale - were killed in the collision as was 31-year old Christopher Black of Jessieville. The only survivor - and the only one wearing a seatbelt - was John Colber, Jr. of Lonsdale, a passenger in Smiths car. Police say Smiths vehicle crossed the center line to cause the accident.
