Woman Sues Wal-Mart After Falling In Store

An Iowa woman is out to get Wal-Mart, or at least some of its cash. June Medema is suing the retailer, claiming she slipped in vomit in an Iowa stores floor and hurt herself. Medema says the accident happened two years ago, but says she was hurt so badly, she hasnt been able to work since. In the suit, Medema says Wal-Marts negligence led to the fall, but the suit doesnt specify just how the store was negligent.
