According to the Bentonville Police Department, the city's most wanted criminal is a convicted sex offender named Todd Bucher. The 37-year-old white male is wanted for failure to comply with the terms of his conviction back in 1993. When Bucher registered as a sex offender, he told police he was living in an apartment complex on Southeast Walton in Bentonville. Apparently that address changed and he didn't inform the proper authorities.
At one time, Bucher was living in Centerton with his ex-wife Amanda, but she has since moved and police have no idea where Todd is staying now.
