Wal-Mart leaders told shareholders Friday, at their annual meeting, the company is cutting back on building new supercenters. The company plans to open about 200 supercenters this year, compared to more than 260 last year. In recent years Wal-Mart set an annual goal of eight percent growth. The companys new plan is to grow six percent. Executives also announced a push to buy back billions of shares of Wal-Mart stock.
