An education campaign is underway to explain to food retailers how to implement the grocery tax. State workers will visit all 75 counties this month. The campaign started in Fayetteville Friday. Another presentation will be held in Benton County on June 15th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Northwest Arkansas Community College. The tax cut will go into effect July first.
