State Police at Hope say 39-year old Gary Etoile was speeding on I-30 in Hampstead County - and when he was pulled over police found meth-making materials and other drug residue. Detectives and Haz-mat teams were called to the area near Mile Marker 35 to handle the potentially explosive materials. Two occupants in Etoile's pickup truck were also arrested: 39-year old Thurston Rushing of Mount Enterprise, TX and 28-year old Debbie McKinney of Huntington, TX.
