Arkansas Home Sales Still On the Decline

In the month of April, Arkansas housing slump continued, according to the Arkansas Realtors Association. The group says home sales in the state overall was down by almost 8%. In fact, only Pulaski County showed an increase in home sales, but that increase was less than half a percent. Average home prices are down about $20,000 from this time last year.
