A tug of war over a tape in a child sexual assault case in Fayetteville. This story is a little confusing. Donald Styers is facing felony charges for sexual indecency with a child. A Judge had to order Styers defense attorney to turn over a tape containing a statement given by the accuser to the prosecution. The defense wanted to keep the tape arguing that it was their work and had already shared all the information necessary for the prosecution. The Judge disagreed and ordered the tapes to be turned over.
