Employees of Arvest bank of Bentonville donated five-thousand dollars to Havenwood on behalf of the Walton Family Foundation. The money went towards renovating a local single-parent apartment. Several other businesses, including Carpet Smart and Kids Corner, helped make it all possible.  Havenwood has fifteen fully furnished apartments to help single parent families in the area. Today the mother and two sons who live in the apartment had the chance to see their new home.
