After analyzing data from several reports, researchers from The Centers For Disease Control And Prevention found that - overall - incidence rates for invasive breast cancer fell each year between 1999 and 2003. Women ages 50 to 80 had the biggest decline of both invasive and non-invasive breast cancer. The most significant decrease was between 2002 and 2003. Mammography screening rates, diet and lifestyle could all play roles in the decline.
