Boozman on Passports, Gasoline, Amnesty

U.S. Congressman John Boozman said his office has been flooded with calls from people mad about summer trips jeopardized by new passport requirements. He says the new laws will be temporarily put on hold until the passport service can catch up with all the back orders. Boozman also weighted in on gas prices. He said congress is funding research for battery and hydro-powered cars, and suggested the need for increased refinery capabilities in the interim. He also spoke about the Senates failed immigration bill.
"Im very happy and I was very much opposed to the Senate immigration bill and so Ive been celebrating all day. I think it was very poor and I dont think you gain anything by giving 10 or 12 million people amnesty," Boozman said.
