Arsonist Torches Home of Ex-girlfriend

An arson leads to an arrest and more... David Lampkin is accused of setting a fire in his ex-girlfriends home. Police say that Lampkin had been previously arrested for violating an order of protection and for stalking the victim. The victim and her children were not home the morning of the fire. $25,000 worth of damage was done to the victims home.
