According to attorneys for the man suing the University of Arkansas over an email sent to former quarterback Mitch Mustain, the lawsuit will go on as planned. Earlier in the week a judge dismissed two of the four counts listed in the lawsuit, but allowed the attorneys an extra twenty days to amend two claims and re-file. Eddie Christian Jr. says he will re-file those counts on Monday or Tuesday of next week and feels his client will be victorious.
