An update on a story we brought you earlier this week. Amber Osborne is facing DWI and careless driving charges after crashing her car into a lake in the Har-Ber Meadows subdivision in Springdale. Police say the 18 year old lost control of her car and hit a telephone pole before crashing into the lake. Tow trucks pulled the vehicle out Tuesday.
