A first degree battery charge may be what a man police accuse of striking and killing an infant will face.
Prosecutors plan to charge Richard Bradbury with felony first degree battery. According to police documents, Bradbury admitted to tightly wrapping the infant in a blanket and breaking its ribs as well as striking the infants head against a crib. Bradburys bond is set at $250, 000 he could receive up to 20 years in prison.
