Springdale Woman Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges

     A Springdale woman could spend 120 days in jail and 10 years on probation for drug charges. Joanna McGowan pleaded guilty to possession of meth with intent to deliver. In addition to jail time, McGowan must also pay almost two-thousand dollars in fines.
