River Valley Rate Hike May Be a No-Go

A court of appeals says "not so fast" to a proposed rate hike for Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Company customers. The Public Service Commission included the month of April to calculate winter gas usage, something the court says may have been a mistake. Now the court wants more information before they approve the increased rate, which would raise each A.O.G. customers bill by about 10%.
