flowers12007-06-19-1182272151.jpgDue to the tremendous success of the first Fayetteville In Bloom (FIB) Photo Contest, the FIB committee has decided to hold a Monthly Photo Contest. The winning entries will be judged at the monthly Fayetteville in Bloom committee meetings and will be featured in fundraising note cards, calendars, and publicity posters to be displayed at various locations. Entry deadlines will be the 1st of each month and entry forms are available online at www.accessfayetteville.org or contact either of the FIB Co-Chairs at the bottom of this page.
The FIB Monthly Photo Contest is a continuing effort to diversify individual participation in Fayetteville in Bloom/America in Bloom. Other opportunities for participation currently include projects such as the Tower of Flowers, Plant the Town Red, Operation Wildflower, and more. New committee members, participants and sponsors are always welcome.
Fayetteville in Bloom is a committee, primarily volunteer, that coordinates the Fayetteville, Arkansas entry into the America in Bloom National Competition and Communities in Bloom International Competition. FIB committee efforts also include education and awareness programs and community improvement projects.
If you would like to get involved with Fayetteville In Bloom or if you have a project or program that you believe would benefit by involving the Fayetteville In Bloom Committee, either through collaboration or partnership, please contact the FIB Committee Co-Chairs listed below.
