A big announcement in Rogers means more jobs down the road. About 70 jobs will be moved from the Daisy Outdoor Products assembly plant in Neosho, Missouri to Rogers. The plant was previously located in Rogers. Daisy announced Wednesday they would move the plant back to northwest Arkansas.
"I think its a great move for the company and it allows us to get all of our operations under one roof and therefore just manage things better and possible position us for the kind of growth we anticipate in the future.” said Joe Murfin of Daisy Outdoor Products.
The assembly plant will be located at the company’s home office and the move will happen in August of this year.
