Arkansas State Police have arrested a man who they say took a 10 month-old baby girl. Troopers say 40 year-old Cleveland Williams took Catina Rasberry Williams from a North Little Rock apartment. Police issued a Morgan Nick Amber Alert for the baby around 7:30 Thursday morning. The two were located before noon Thursday. No word on the charges filed against Williams.
