Springdale city councilman Rick Evans explains, "anytime you get a business license in Springdale, you cant go back and correct it, revoke it, suspend it for any reason." And a proposed law submitted to the council would change that. Because, as it stands, a business license cannot be revoked, suspended until it expires - unless some sort of illegal activity takes place. Rick Evans thinks being able to revoke or suspend the licenses would help keep Springdale cleaner and the companies in check. Details on Tuesday nights meeting: Multipurpose Room on the 2nd floor of the Springdale Administration Building 6:00pm Tuesday
