POLICELINEstreet2007-06-26-1182865786.jpgWhile what happened may have been nothing more than a tragic accident, the driver of a SUV who hit and killed a three-year-old Waldron girl while backing up to leave a trailer park home Saturday has been charged with driving under the influence. Authorities say it's the third DWI charge lodged against Richard Curtis Egan. He's also facing charges that include negligent homicide and driving on a suspended license.
