Arkansas State Police will turn over information concerning a police shooting that killed a 12-year-old West Memphis boy to the FBI, which could launch a civil rights investigation. A state police spokesman, says all interviews, evidence and other material gathered would be forwarded to the U.S. Justice Department, which would weigh the circumstances surrounding the death of DeAuntae Farrow. An officer shot the boy Friday night after mistaking a toy gun for a real weapon. West Memphis police are not releasing the name of the officer who shot the boy due to a series of death threats that have been made against him.
