The debate continues over a casino in Fort Smith.
Community members and city leaders talked about the issue Monday at a forum at the Fort Smith Public Library. Of course, there were a variety of viewpoints during the discussion, including the moral, economic and developmental affects of a casino built on a ten-acre section of the riverfront.
