By: Lisa Brence & Carley Gordon
Updated: February 29, 2008
A Sallisaw woman was arrested last week on drug- and firearm-related charges, and the arrest has left some parents pretty concerned. When police made the arrest, they found meth, marijuana, numerous non-valid prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia and firearms in a house, located within 1,000 feet of a daycare center. Police arrested Donna Gremillion, 48, who lives at 202 Summer Avenue in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, right across the street from Butler Home Daycare. One neighbor says this isnt the first time police have been to Gremillions house. She says there have been drug problems there for years. Gremillion was booked into the Sequoyah County Jail. Shes now out on bond.
