Lawsuit Dismissed Over Benton County Jail Death

A federal appeals court dismissed a Benton County mans lawsuit charging the state provided insufficient care for his father. Donald Winters died while in the care of the Benton County Jail. His son Darin Winters filed a suit against the state saying they didnt provide proper medical care. Benton County officials said they tried to get Winters father proper care but there was no room in the state hospital.
