Hot Springs Officer in Controversial Video Cleared

A Hot Springs police officer has been cleared of any wrongdoing by an internal review board. The officer was caught on video, which was posted online, appearing to choke a skateboarder. The Hot Springs Police Department Internal Affairs Board said the use of force was within the police departments policy on non-deadly force.
