A Rogers man pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges Monday.
John Thomas Whitten was accused of engaging in sexual contact with a 7 year old girl back in 2005.
He pleaded guilty to sex assault charges and was ordered to 120 days in the Benton County jail, eight years probation and must complete a sex offender program.
