No Restraints In Court For Decay?

The lawyer for a man accused of killing a Fayetteville couple wants him to be able to appear in court without restraints. Gregory Christopher Decays lawyer reportedly filed a motion to allow his client to sit in court without restraints and also wear civilian clothes to trial. Decay is accused of shooting and killing Kevin Jones and Kendall Rice at their Club at the Creek apartment in April. Decay could face the death penalty.
