The worlds largest retailer may be selling the seventh and final Harry Potter book, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," but some say theres a bigger link between the two. Anti-Wal-Mart group Wal-Mart Watch is comparing the retail giant to Lord Voldemort, Harrys arch enemy. The group even made a video, which can be found on YouTube, referring to Wal-Mart as "Lord Waldemart," and accuses the retailer of discrimination. Wal-Mart representatives say the film is chock cull of misleading information, and that the retailer is committed to low prices, and saving people money. This is the second video using Harry Potter references to bash Wal-Mart. The first video debuted in October of 2006. Wal-Mart Watch says it hopes the newest YouTube video will help spread its message through humor. The video averages about 10,000 hits per day. Union and Labor representatives say the video debuted at the perfect time. The fifth Harry Potter film hit theaters July 11, and the seventh book will be released July 21. Wal-Mart Watch is supported by the Service Employees International Union. To see the video, visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuEAJFnMIjk. Photo Credit: Courtesy: Warner Bros.
