"USA Today" reports there have been 155 border deaths this year in the busiest corridor for illegal immigration. It is a 22-percent increase over last year in the Tucson, Arizona sector alone. Bruce Parks, the Pima County chief medical examiner, says the biggest cause is heat exposure. Parks contends other cases are listed as, quote, "cause unknown," because bodies are so badly decomposed. The Border Patrol has sent more agents and increased technology to the sector in an attempt to cut down the number of illegal immigrants getting into the country.
