Strange Theft In Springdale

Monday, a man reportedly entered the Springdale city administration office with a shopping bag and helped himself to a mug, some pens and a stack of job applications from the office of the Springdale Police Chief as well as the Director of Human Resources. The man reportedly has mental issues. He was later caught by a police officer after he showed the free stuff he got from the building.
