The 16 year old of "leader" of the southside devils could be facing serious time.
According to Benton County Deputy Prosector Brian Sexton, the 16 year old may be tried under a special set of circumstances that allows him to sentenced like an adult, but treated as a juvenile. The 16 year old is reportedly charged with recruiting for a gang as well as criminal mischief. His next court date is set for September. The teenager is currently on house arrest
