Joel Bullard is under arrest for the murder of his step-brother, Darrell.
Darrell was reported missing in October of 2006 - and his remains were later found in March - in a shallow grave on his familys property in Benton County.
Monday - the Benton County Sheriffs Office released the affadavit - detailing probable cause to arrest Joel Bullard.
In it, deputies detail the strained relationship between the two stepbrothers. But they leave out many details about certain arguments. Joel apparently had a radical attitude change, and was not getting along with his family. The two brothers were arguing and drinking in the home when after Darrell fell asleep on the couch, Joel reportedly left the house with a shovel and tent.
In March, police found Darrells wallet in the shallow grave along with his remains.
