Bentonville Man Faces Charges in North Dakota

Police say a Bentonville man ran from the cops and now faces drunk driving charges. It reportedly happened in the town of Tioga, North dakota. Police say Timothy Scanlon left a gas station without paying and then ran an officer off the road. He was finally stopped by spike strips and now faces numerous charges that include: Theft, fleeing and drunk driving.
