breaking news
First it was a bank robbery in Fayetteville, then another, followed by robberies at a Fort Smith bank and another in Springdale. Then on Tuesday the man....we now know as twenty-six year old Michael David Holloway...robbed the Medicine Shoppe located along South Thompson in Springdale, according to police.
That crime would prove to be his last after investigators caught up with Holloway and while being interviewed....he confessed to all five counts of aggravated robbery. Its suspected that the man only ended up stealing an average of two thousand dollars during each of those crimes....but police say theyll determine an exact amount at a later date.
Dubbed by the newspapers as the white hat bank robber, investigators tell KNWA they feel confident the five counts of robbery and theft of property will stick after both his confession and intense investigation by the FBI, Springdale, Fayettevile, Fort Smith and Johnson Police Departments.
