KNWA is helping Bentonville police find a man who is accused of stealing checks from local mailboxes. 34-year-old Jason Stewart was arrested on May 17 for similar charges and is now wanted again. Police say he stole outgoing checks from a local mailbox, then changed the name on the check and cashed it.
Stewart and his friends have been known to frequent hotels in Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma and police say he has been arrested before for drug possession. If you know where Stewart is hiding, please contact the Bentonville Police Department.
