Two Teens Arrested For Shooting at Shoppers

A surprise for shoppers in Rogers. Two teenagers were arrested for shooting at shoppers at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Police say 18-year-old Michael Widener and a 17-year-old boy drove past shoppers, shooting plastic pellets. They managed to hit at least one person.
