Mitch Mustain, long gone from the Razorback football team....but his legacy lives on. Right now through a lawsuit that continues to make headlines across the state. After a hog booster sent Mustain an inappropriate e-mail last year an investigation of sorts was launched, but according to hog fan John David Terry, it was an investigation that was handled poorly by both head coach Houston Nutt and UA Chancellor John White. Back in June the entire case was dismissed by the same judge who dismissed the case on Friday, but attorney Eddie Christian Junior was given the opportunity to replea that case on Terrys behalf. He did that, claiming NCAA regulations werent followed by the university and therefore any salary paid to John White or Houston Nutt was illegal. However Judge Mark Lindsay once again pointed out that NCAA regulations are not state law and that he added that he felt Eddie Christian Junior view of the law was incorrect. Shortly after the case was once again dismissed, bringing only one word to the mind of Mr. Christian....."appeal."
