Its back to school for students at Roland high school and big changes could be just around the corner.
A proposal to expand the school will include a commons area and new science labs.
Principal Gary Lattimore says the school has grown in the last thirty-two years since hes been there and expanding is what it needs.
"Were jammed packed and we try to over the years to try to make it work the best we can and we try to go to our community about for every little thing but, were getting crowded"said Gary Lattimore.
Even though most students agree the halls are too crowded and its time for some change, most students are just ready to beat their football rival, which is Muldrow High School.
"They wont score points on our scoreboard because our defense is so good. Thanks to coach and all the coaches and staff"sais Roland students.
Rolands first football game is in two weeks and students say beating Muldrow this season would be the kick-off to a great school year, whether the expansion proposal is accepted or not.
