James Needham went to Taco Bell on HWY 64 in Van Buren to eat dinner with his family last Thursday when
he says he made a comment to the manager about needing more sauce and another drink for his brother.
Thats when Needham says the manager was outraged and then reached over the counter and slugged him in the face.
"It was just out of the blue. I didnt even see it coming. I didnt even know I was hit till I was hit. Its not like I had a chance to defend myself or dodge it or anything, it was just there" said James Needham.
The whole fight was caught on surveillance video and theTaco Bell manager, William Jess Barber, was then arrested for battery.
Needham says he tried contacting K-Mac Enterprises about the incident but, it didnt do much good.
"He basically tried telling me that it was my fault and that were responsible and that we can take action against the gentleman who hit us but, theyre not responsible for anything" said James Needham.
Needaham says hell eat at Taco Bell again but, not in Van Buren.
"Im definitely not going to order two tacos again but, Im never going to complain about my food. It can be the worst food in the world and Im just going to go throw it in the trash and go somewhere else." said Needham.
The Taco Bell Corporation says they do not tolerate this behavior from their employess and the manager was immediately
fired.
