A protest in Fayetteville, but not over local issues. Friday morning a group gathered on Dickson Street to protest executions taking place in Iran and carried out by the Iranian government. Members of the group say the U.S. has been too lenient on the country and say meetings between government officials has done nothing to help Iranian citizens murdered everyday. The group, made up partly of Iranians, says worries over Irans nuclear capabilities could be put to rest if the president would just support a change in Irans current government.
