Police think an 84-year-old man may have murdered his wife. It all happened in the small town of Mansfield. Police say Autry Bashin stabbed and killed his 83-year-old wife, then tried to kill himself. As of right now, police say theyre not sure why the whole incident happened. Neighbors say theyre simply shocked. "I just cant believe he did it unless he was not at his real mind, because he had been taking medication," says neighbor Robert Armstrong. Autry Bashin is in critical condition.
